A 22-year-old Manhattan drug lord whose gun and cocaine ring terrorized parts of Inwood pleaded guilty yesterday to trafficking charges in exchange for getting 14 years in prison rather than 25.
Marcel Navarro stocked guns by the dozen while wholesaling coke and ecstasy, mainly in the area bordered by Broadway and 10th Avenue and West 212th and 215th streets, Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance said.
Navarro and his gang, three members of which have also pleaded guilty, were caught in possession of 22 guns worth more than $27,500 while selling $16,480 worth of drugs to undercover cops over 10 months.
“The sale of illegal guns and drugs will not be tolerated,” Vance said.
Navarro is to be officially sentenced on Sept. 21.
