Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said yesterday the computer-crimes unit has removed a child-porn video from nearly 70,000 servers nationwide.

The clip has an IP address linking it to Jamaica, Queens, but it’s unclear if that’s where the video originated. It shows a small boy and a woman engaging in sex acts.

Police said they looked into it after receiving calls by media outlets.

Kelly said the department has referred the investigation to federal law enforcement.
