A Brooklyn man was sentenced to 72 years in prison yesterday for raping and impregnating his girlfriend’s 11-year-old daughter.

Gerald Hatcher was convicted in August of four counts of rape and sexual abuse against the child, who is now 13.

“This defendant stole something very sacred from [the victim],” prosecutor Elizabeth Doerfler said.

Hatcher was living with the woman and child and would rape the youngster while her mother was at work.

Hatcher, 47, was found out after he impregnated the girl and made inquiries at an abortion clinic.

DA Charles Hynes said authorities were alerted by an anonymous call to ACS.
