A veteran educator was charged yesterday with fondling two young girls at a Bronx elementary school, police sources said.

Assistant principal Joseph Ponzo, 59, touched both victims, ages 10 and 11, over their shirts March 27 at PS 106 in Parkchester, the sources added.

Ponzo was charged with two counts each of sex abuse and acting in a manner injurious to a child, the sources said.
