Six people were injured in a four-car crash on the George Washington Bridge last night — including three small kids who weren’t wearing seat belts, law-enforcement sources said.

The father of the children — a 6-month-old and a 4- and 6-year-old — was charged with reckless endangerment; his car was rear-ended in the 10:30 p.m. pileup.

The injured were rushed to Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
