The disgraced abortion doctor convicted of killing newly-born babies at his Philadelphia clinic cut a deal yesterday to avoid the death penalty.

Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 72, waived his right to appeal in exchange for life without parole after being convicted of first-degree murder Monday.
