The 19-year-old thug accused of shooting a Queens man in the head during a botched livery-cab robbery showed no remorse in court yesterday — instead blowing a kiss to a pretty young gal pal.

Michael Magnan was arraigned on attempted-murder charges, which were expected to be upgraded, and held without bail.

“The victim in this case is expected to die,” noted Assistant DA Beth Hurley.

Magnan said nothing as he was lead into a Brooklyn court wearing a T-shirt, blue basketball shorts and flip-flops.

The young woman he blew a kiss to ran out of the court after his appearance and wouldn’t comment except to say she wanted to go to law school.

Meanwhile, the victim of Saturday’s shooting in Brooklyn, Nikita Grebelsky, of Forest Hills, is brain-dead at Kings County Hospital.

Grebelsky, 23, had been sitting next to his sister, Elizabeth Filatova, 25, an NYU law student, as the cab they were riding in was stopped at a red light at Utica Avenue near Avenue O early that morning.

According to sources, Magnan approached the cab with his gun drawn and attempted to pat down the driver, Eric Martine, for cash.

As Martine sped away, Magnan allegedly shot into the car, hitting Grebelsky, who worked for OysterLabs, a mobile tech company in Manhattan.

The .38-caliber handgun used in the shooting was found with one round still in the chamber.

Magnan was held without bail. He is due to appear in court again tomorrow.
