‘Killer’ wary of att’y
Accused schizophrenic cleaver killer David Tarloff wants a new lawyer because he’s “suspicious” of his current one.
The problem, a paranoid Tarloff claimed, was that current defense attorney Bryan Konoski “said he never lied to anyone, but his hand was shaking when he said it. I can put two and two together.”
Tarloff is hoping the judge will oust Konoski before he’s tried for hacking Dr. Kathryn Faughey to death with a cleaver after he barged into her Upper East Side office in 2008.
