Relatives of the MTA bus driver who allegedly shot a man eight times in broad daylight on Long Island before calmly embarking on his daily route said the victim was a randy church pastor who bedded his wife.

Richard Davidson, 36, allegedly pumped eight bullets into Tony Hinds, 43, Sunday before being arrested later that day by Nassau cops as he drove his bus through Brooklyn.

Davidson’s sister told The Post that Hinds, the couple’s pastor who also works as a real-estate agent and manages the Valley Stream cleaning company where he was shot, had seduced Davidson’s wife, Tanika, right out from under him.

“The one who was supposed to help him twisted the knife in his back,” said Davidson’s sister, Ann. “He’s the one who is having an affair with [Davidson’s] wife.”

Hinds’ son yesterday acknowledged that his father was the pastor at an Ozone Park church, but wouldn’t comment on the allegations of an affair. Davidson’s neighbors said the driver snapped over his wife’s alleged dalliance.

Hinds remains in stable condition, and Davidson, who was remanded without bail and faces an attempted-murder rap, is due in court today.
