Family members of a murdered cleaning woman whose body was stuffed into an air-conditioning vent are suing.
They’re blaming her gruesome death on a lack of security, the building owner, and the management company.
The victim, Eridania Rodriguez, 46, had been bound and gagged and her gold crucifix taped to her mouth when her body was discovered in a 12th-floor shaft four days after she went missing at the 2 Rector St. high-rise in lower Manhattan.
Cops say Joseph Pabon, 25, choked and gagged Rodriguez, 46, on July 7 after trying to sexually attack her.
The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court by the victim’s brother and three children.
