An NYPD Transit police officer was punched in the face while responding to calls of a man with a knife at a crowded Midtown subway station Saturday afternoon, cops said.
The female officer was at Rockefeller Center Station on the BDFM line when the brute slugged her around 4:45 p.m., police said.
