Cops raiding a Chelsea warehouse seized $750,000 worth of counterfeit designer handbags and knockoff NBA and NFL jerseys, and busted four people — including a 77-year-old man, police said.

Alia Farhat was arrested Tuesday with Hussein Kaseem, 42, Alejandra Flores, 36, and José Perez, 34, at 118 W. 27th St. Each was charged with trademark counterfeiting.
