The Staten Island borough president says Lady Gaga is a “slut.”

James Molinaro made the remark Monday, pointing to photos of the superstar lighting what appears to be a marijuana cigarette.

“This slut is influencing many, many children,” Molinaro said, the Staten Island Advance reported.
