Jet-setting samurais beware: You can’t take that ninja star on the plane.

Port Authority police arrested a Florida-bound man on Tuesday after LaGuardia Airport security caught him with a “razor sharp throwing star” in carry-on luggage, the TSA said.

Knives of all kinds are only permitted in checked luggage, according to federal law, but New York State law explicitly bans the possession of “Kung Fu stars” and “shirken,” the Japanese term for the blade.

TSA spotted the knife in the x-ray machine while the man was going through the standard security screening. Port Authority police were called to the scene immediately to arrested him, the agency said.

“Outside of New York City, you can put it in a checked bag and it’d be okay,” TSA spokeswoman Linda Farbstein told The Post.

“New York City has pretty strict weapons rules,” she said.
