A Lamborghini driver was killed on Long Island on Sunday afternoon after the pricey sports car slammed into a telephone pole, cops and a witness said.
First responders discovered the crushed remnants of a black 2008 Lamborghini Murciélago wrapped around a pole on East Broadway and High Street in Port Jefferson around 3:40 p.m., authorities said.
The sole occupant was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead, said police and a witness.
