A Queens man is suing his landlady for $1 million for allegedly unleashing a barrage of insecticide bombs on him as he sat in his apartment with his family.

Lisa Mongal let herself into Dharmendra Persaud’s second- floor apartment in Hollis and set off the canisters of Real-Kill Indoor Fogger 5 without warning, according to the suit filed in Queens Supreme Court.

“She never called on the phone, never rang the doorbell. She just opened the chemical,” Persaud told The Post.

Persaud wound up inhaling the toxic fumes and fell down the stairs while trying to flee, his lawyer, Michael Gangadeen, said.

Immediately after the fog rolled in, Mongal began proceedings to evict Persaud and his children from the house on 183rd Street.

Mongal declined to discuss specifics, but said, “He’s a liar, and that will be proven in court.”
