The trustee charged with trying to get back billions for the victims of Bernie Madoff filed two more civil suits just hours ahead of last night’s deadline for “clawback” complaints.

Irving Picard claims developer Jonathan Simon allegedly got more than $1.6 million.

The second suit is against Belfer Two, which allegedly got $1.9 million in fictitious profits.
