A ticked-off bus rider clocked a transit worker in the face with a padlock after being left at a Brooklyn bus stop, cops said Wednesday.

In video released by the NYPD, the unidentified man can be seen running to the B15 bus stop near Linden Boulevard and banging on the door of a bus as it pulls away around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The man throws up his hands in frustration, video shows, and he then ran to the bus’s next stop, where he assaulted the driver, police said.

Security footage shot inside the bus shows the man burst on board and start swinging. He hit a male transit employee in the face with a padlock, cops said.

The 65-year-old driver was treated for a cut above his left eye and taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he was listed as stable, officials said.

“There’s something very wrong with our city when transit workers are violently attacked like this on a regular basis,” said Transport Workers Union Local 100 President Tony Utano. “Anyone who says we don’t need more police in the bus and subway system is clueless – or just doesn’t care about working men and women being victimized.”
