Who’s laughing now?

Two callous creeps who laughed and kidded around with each other while on trial for the stray-bullet murder of a 17-year-old girl weren’t smiling in court yesterday when a judge threw the book at them.

Calling the murder of Cheyenne Baez a “totally senseless crime,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Bonnie Wittner sentenced shooter Boris Brown to 32 years to life and his accomplice Devon Coughman to 10 years following a plea from the slain girl’s mother.

The admitted gang member never accepted responsibility for the Oct. 3, 2010, shooting at the AK Houses in East Harlem, when he indiscriminately opened fire on a crowd of people.
