A fan obsessed with “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” star Kathryn Erbe was sentenced yesterday to five years’ probation for stalking the actress, and is required to pay $42,000 restitution.

Charles Nagel had been convicted in Brooklyn federal court of using the mail and the Internet to terrorize Erbe, who plays an NYPD detective in the TV crime drama. Erbe did not attend the sentencing.
