A group of black and Hispanic firefighter wannabes who were barred from suing the city in a landmark class-action discrimination lawsuit because they actually passed the FDNY entrance exams are now taking another crack at getting their payday, court papers show.

“The defendants have intentionally excluded the plaintiffs from the position of entry-level firefighter on the basis of race, color and national origin,” states the Brooklyn federal court lawsuit, which also accuses the city and FDNY of “outright rejecting or ignoring minority applicants.”

“We are reviewing the complaint,” said city lawyer Georgia Pestana.
