A former Yankee Stadium bartender struck out yesterday in his $5 million age-discrimination lawsuit against the Bombers.

But a federal court judge ruled that John Vendikos, 75, can keep swinging at a concession manager who allegedly asked him in January 2009, “Why should I hire you? You are an old man.”

Vendikos had spent 27 years as a Stadium Club mixologist.
