High-powered lawyer Abbe Lowell wants to ditch crooked celebrity money manager Kenneth Starr because he hasn’t been paid.
Lowell — who defended Bill Clinton during his impeachment — has been representing Starr and his ex-stripper wife, Diane Passage, against civil SEC charges.
Starr agreed to serve up to 151 months for running a $50 million Ponzi scheme that reportedly victimized Uma Thurman and Lauren Bacall.
