A lawyer is suing “Sex and the City” star Chris Noth, saying he and his partner in the defunct Cutting Room nightclub took advantage of a banking error and stiffed him out of $109,000.
Samuel Hagan accuses them of stripping the club of its assets after he erroneously refunded a retainer that was never paid. He did not realize the error until after the refund.
