Prosecutors are calling on victims of Bernie Madoff to weigh-in on the infamous ponzi schemer’s request he be granted compassionate release.

In a motion filed Friday, Assistant US Attorney Drew Skinner proposed that those defrauded in the $65 billion scam get until Feb. 28 to email victim coordinator Wendy Olsen-Clancy with their reactions to Madoff’s request.

Manhattan federal court judge Denny Chin has yet to rule on that deadline.

Madoff, 81, told the court Wednesday that he was dying of end-stage kidney disease, and asked to be sprung early from his 150-year-sentence. He has less than 18-months to live, according to his motion.

Victim Gregg Felson told The Post Friday he immediately contacted the US Attorney’s office after learning of Madoff’s bid for freedom.

“He is only now saying he is sorry in order to try to garner sympathy because he is sick,” said Felson. “He was a con man all his life and now he is trying to con the judge to release him.”
