Leandro De Niro Rodriguez, the grandson of Robert De Niro, died of an accidental overdose from a cocktail of drugs, including fentanyl, according to the city’s Medical Examiner’s office.

The teenager was found dead sitting in a chair in the Financial District on July 2 with a white powdery substance and drug paraphernalia nearby, according to police sources at the time.

The New York City Medical Examiner ruled Tuesday that the death was an “accident.”

An autopsy revealed the 19-year-old died from the “toxic effects” of six different drugs — including fentanyl, cocaine, special-K, aka ketamine, and three different panic attacks and anti-anxiety drugs: alprazolam; bromazolam and 7-aminoclonazepam.

“Percocet Princess” Sophia Marks, 20, has been charged in Leandro’s death after texts were discovered between the two where she allegedly agreed to sell him counterfeit oxycodone and Xanax.

“You have been my joy my heart and all that was ever pure and real in my life,” she wrote on social media.
