ALBANY — Sandra Lee, the TV-chef girlfriend of Gov. Cuomo, is off the hook for renovating her Westchester home without notifying building officials.

New Castle Supervisor Robert Greenstein says reports that she skirted building codes are “mistaken.”

“I can report that the town is unaware of any interior renovations at the Cuomos’ home that would have required an application for a building permit,” he said in an e-mail. “Our building inspector has confirmed today that there are no open violations.”
