It’s a hard-knock life for Annie Leibovitz.

While scrambling yesterday to work out a deal to repay a $24 million loan to Art Capital, it emerged that the famed photographer has been slapped with another lawsuit.

In papers filed in state Supreme Court in Brooklyn, Mary Howard Studio says Leibovitz stiffed it out of more than $160,000 for work on some of her best known projects over the past two years.
