He’s back on track.

Olympic legend Carl Lewis will be allowed on the primary ballot for a New Jersey state Senate seat, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals decided yesterday.

Lewis, a Democrat, had lost earlier legal battles to run in the June 7 primary against GOP incumbent Dawn Addiego because of questions about whether he meets residency requirements.

Republicans had argued he hadn’t lived in New Jersey the necessary four years.

The appeals court disagreed. Lewis won nine Olympic gold medals from 1984 to 1996.
