An official at a Lower Manhattan organization that supports LGBTQ students received a homophobic voicemail during Pride Month, cops said Monday.

The 32-year-old employee of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Educational Network on William Street received a voicemail on June 8 that said, “I hate f—-ts, get the f–k off the website, I’m going to come and shoot up the building,” according to authorities.

The victim walked into the 1st Precinct to report the hateful message on Sunday, the day of the city’s pride march, cops said. She made an aggravated harassment complaint, saying she was fearful for her safety.

The offending caller’s phone number is registered to a woman in Pennsylvania, according to police.
