A Long Island man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run after a 41-year-old man was found lying in the roadway.

Raymond Kalenka, of Williston Park, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death. He’s to be arraigned on Wednesday.

Police say Dean Lalima of Albertson was pronounced dead at the scene following the accident at 4 a.m. Sunday in Williston Park.

The 41-year-old victim was discovered lying at Syracuse and Broad streets.

It wasn’t immediately known if the 45-year-old defendant has a lawyer.
