AMITYVILLE — A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly driving drunk with his two young children in the car.

Suffolk County police charged David Hager, Jr. of Amityville with Leandra’s Law — aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger 15 years old or younger.

The 26-year-old Hager was pulled over on Wednesday evening in Amityville. He’s scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.

It was not immediately known if he had a lawyer.

The children, a 4-year-old girl and her 5-year-old brother, were not injured.
