An argument between two men in Valley Stream, Long Island, NY, on Sunday afternoon turned into a wild shooting.

According to police, Richard Davidson, 36, of Valley Stream, shot a man eight times as the victim ran into a building on Lois Place.

The man was hit six times to his legs and two times to his shoulders, reported Nassau County Police.

The 43-year-old man was rushed to the local hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries, said police.

Cops later arrested Davidson for attempted murder.

He faces second degree charges for attempted murder, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon.

Davidson was due in court on Monday.
