Another house not fit for a dog.

The Long Island woman busted Saturday for animal abuse after investigators found dead dogs in her decrepit Rockville Centre home had a second ramshackle property condemned early yesterday.

Faith Ross and her daughter, Francesca Maselli, were arrested and charged with animal abuse after authorities found dead and emaciated animals strewn about the trash-filled home.

A Nassau County source said that officials also descended Saturday night on a small Elmont house after receiving a tip that it was owned by Ross.

The source said that Ross rented the Elmont residence to a tenant who apparently was able to tolerate the clutter and garbage visible from its windows. Investigators did not find any endangered animals in the home — which was immediately condemned — and did not immediately press any additional charges against the two jailed women.

“They are very weird people,” one neighbor told The Post after being interviewed by detectives. “And the place is a mess. They would just appear once in a while.”

Ross, 54, and Maselli, 23, were each hit with three felony counts of animal cruelty and 15 related misdemeanors in the Rockville Centre case.
