You can’t have too many quads at a college.

A set of quadruplets from Long Island is going en masse to the same upstate college this fall.

Seventeen-year-olds Grace, Erin, Danny and Bobby Mele of East Setauket will spend the next four years together in Hartwick College, a small liberal-arts school in Oneonta.

Grace, whose hopes to be a doctor, was the first to consider Hartwick.

Then Danny, who plans to teach music, and his brother Bobby, who will study nursing, decided to attend. Last on board the Hartwick bandwagon was Erin, who wants a career in law enforcement.

Said Danny, “Bobby and I agreed that the best thing that could happen would be the four of us ending up at the same school.”
