Two City Councilmen said they’ll introduce a bill making it a misdemeanor to watch porn within 100 feet of a child in a public library.

The legislation, sponsored by David Greenfield (D-Brooklyn) and Eric Ulrich (R-Queens), would carry a fine of up to $10,000 and prison time for anyone found guilty.
