A Manhattan federal judge threw Cory Lidle’s widow a curve yesterday when she barred ex-teammates of the Yankee pitcher from testifying at the upcoming trial over his fatal 2006 plane crash.

Judge Barbara Jones cited the “substantial likelihood” that jurors would be swayed by the “celebrity status” of such “high-profile” ballplayers as Mariano Rivera, Jorge Posada and Jason Giambi.

She also cited the “minimal relevance” of their anticipated testimony in relation to potential dam-

ages in the case.

Melanie Lidle claims her husband could have made over $45 million had his Cirrus SR-22 not hit an Upper East Side building.

Cirrus Design Corp., sued over an alleged defect in the plane, counters that “coming off a poor season with downward career trends,” he was likely worth no more than $9.3 million.
