Lil Wayne “Got Money” — and now two hip-hop stars who collaborated on the hit song want their cut.

Play-N-Skillz, the stage name for brothers Juan Carols Salinas Jr. and Oscar Salinas, say in Manhattan federal court papers that they haven’t gotten their share of the proceeds from the song, which is featured on Lil Wayne’s 2008 Grammy-winning album “Tha Carter III.”

Their lawsuit seeks “no less than $1 million” in damages.

Play-N-Skillz accused Lil Wayne of stealing instrumental and vocal sounds from a recording they cut in late 2007 called “Count My Money.”

Lil Wayne allegedly used the riffs from Play-N-Skillz for “Got Money,” which he performed with T-Pain.
