The driver in the upstate crash that left 20 people dead over the weekend has been identified as Scott Lisinicchia, according to a report.

Lisinicchia, 53, was behind the wheel of the stretch 2001 Ford Excursion limo Saturday afternoon, CBS News said.

Cops said he blew through a stop sign at the dangerous intersection of Route 30 and Route 30A in Schoharie and barreled into the parking lot of Apple Barrel Country store.

It’s unclear whether Lisinicchia tried to brake while heading down Route 30, which steeply declines as it intersects Route 30A.

A man who said he was Lisinicchia’s twin brother also identified him as the limo driver, according to a reporter for Syracuse network WTVH.

Police have not officially released his name.
