It’s official: Long Island Power Authority customers are the most dissatisfied in the country.
The first survey of business customers since Hurricane Sandy showed LIPA ranked dead last out of 95 power providers nationwide, JD Power and Associates reported.
But Con Edison ranked second in satisfaction ratings in the East, up from third last year.
