A new book that dishes about the 2008 presidential campaign is flying off Big Apple bookstores’ shelves, but take heart — a new shipment is due in today.
“Game Change: Obama and the Clintons, McCain and Palin, and the Race of a Lifetime,” written by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin and published by HarperCollins, went on sale Monday.

After multiple reprints, there are now 300,000 copies. The electronic edition is expected to debut Feb. 23.
