A livery cab fatally mowed down a pedestrian in Brooklyn this afternoon and then fled the scene, police said.

Witnesses said the white Lincoln Town car was traveling westbound on Highland Boulevard when it struck a man crossing at Vermont Place in East New York around 3 p.m.

Police said the vehicle struck the pedestrian and kept going.

The victim was pronounced dead on arrival at Brookdale Hospital.

Witnesses said the car had a sticker on it from New Lots Cab Service on New Lots Avenue.

No arrests have been made.
