A traveler at JFK Airport was arrested when TSA agents found a high-capacity magazine loaded with 9mm ammo in his carry-on bag, officials said.

Lancaster, Pennsylvania, resident Ryan Joline, 32, was going through a security checkpoint within Terminal 4 on Sunday afternoon when the agents noticed the long magazine in a bag.

When they inspected the contraband, they noticed it contained 28 rounds of 9mm ammunition.

Joline was turned over to Port Authority police and taken into custody.
