Members of the Bronx neighborhood where Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz was stabbed to death said they do not want a new bodega to open in the spot where he was killed.

“Do we need another [bodega]?” activist Marion “Tiny” Frampton said during a protest at the location on Monday night.

“In another six months we’ll be up here for someone else’s death.”

Guzman-Feliz, 15, was dragged out of the Cruz and Chiky grocery store by Trinitario gang members on June 20 and stabbed to death.

The store was sold recently and is expected to open under new ownership.

“My understanding is that the property has new ownership but my preference is to have a community center here,” Councilman Ritchie Torres said outside the store.

Locals blame the store’s manager for not doing enough to protect Guzman-Feliz.

A relative of Junior, Belkys Feliz, 45, said of the new store, “Nobody will come to buy a piece of gum here, or even a mint.”

Since the killing, 12 alleged gang members have been arrested in connection with the crime.
