Three months after Lindsay Lohan was arrested for allegedly punching fortune teller Tiffany Mitchell in a Chelsea club, prosecutors have yet to draft a criminal complaint or set a court date, The Post has learned.

“Enough is enough,” Lohan lawyer Mark Jay Heller griped. “It’s apparent they have no case.”

Mitchell’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, said, “To my knowledge, this case is still under investigation.”
