A boat passenger is missing after the vessel’s operator allegedly drunkenly crashed into a jetty off Long Island early Monday, police said.

Jack Benjamin, 25, was charged with boating while intoxicated after the crash in the Great South Bay in Sayville at about 1:25 a.m., according to Suffolk County police.

Five passengers were riding with Benjamin in the boat at the time of the wreck, police said.

One man, 25, went overboard without a life jacket. He remained missing as of early Tuesday.

Benjamin and a female passenger were treated and released from South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore.

The three other passengers were not injured, police said.
