Dramatic photos show a raging inferno that engulfed a Long Island home Sunday morning, leaving three firefighters injured, police said.
An off-duty smoke eater spotted the blaze at 88 Woodycrest Drive while driving in Farmingville around 1 a.m. and sprung into action, cops said.

According to police, the injures were caused by electricity. Christopher Sabella“He stopped and went into the home and safely evacuated all occupants,” the Suffolk County Police Department said in a statement. “Three firefighters sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment.”
None of the residents were injured, cops said.
The Suffolk County Police Arson Section detectives are investigating.
