The crazed motorist who stabbed a driver in the stomach in a Thanksgiving road rage incident has been arrested, police said.

Glen Cove resident Gregory Spina, 43, was busted after a confrontation with another driver that left his 44-year-old victim in the hospital, Suffolk County police said.

Spina allegedly tried to pass the other man while driving on Wading River Road in Manorville at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday, cops said.

When the victim pulled into a parking lot to check for vehicle damage, Spina followed him and stabbed him once in the abdomen — then fled, officials said.

The wounded man was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital, while his wife, who was in the passenger seat, was not injured.

Spina was charged with assault and is expected to be appear at First District Court in Central Islip Saturday.
