Longtime Post cartoonist and prolific artist John Langton passed away Tuesday. He was 73.

Born in Brooklyn, Langton first attended art school at the age of 15 and went on to whip up wonderfully zany drawings for The Post for more than two decades.

“He loved what he did,” said his widow, Carol Langton, of Massapequa, LI.

In addition to his wife, Langton is survived by his sons, John and Michael.
