A Brooklyn woman who claimed she was manhandled by the NYPD’s first-ever Hasidic officer during a subway confrontation in June beat the ticket yesterday — clearing the way for a lawsuit against the cop.
Hearing officer Eileen Nadelson threw out the disorderly-conduct summons after noting the ticket’s claim — that Chrissie Brodigan, 32, was “loud and boisterous” — doesn’t sustain the charge.
